Job Description

  • Assist in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Support the design, setup, and maintenance of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Maintain and administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure services for efficient operation.
  2. Collaborate on AVD deployment and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless user experiences.
  3. Administer Windows Server environments to ensure secure and reliable operations.
  4. Support Microsoft 365 applications to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud-related roles.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services (IaaS/PaaS), particularly virtual machines, storage, and virtual networks.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop fundamentals and user profile management.
