Mobile Games Live Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Games Live Operations Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing the ongoing performance and evolution of a portfolio of existing mobile games.

The successful candidate will have experience in game production or live operations, with a proven track record of managing live operations and development for mobile games, especially within free-to-play models.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. They will be able to motivate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning efforts for live operations, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with a Lead Producer.
  • Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with the development team to prioritize tasks and manage the backlog, ensuring alignment with live operations goals and product vision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in game production or live operations.
  • Proven experience managing live operations and development for mobile games, especially within free-to-play models.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
