
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through written and verbal communications.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, processing orders and applications as needed.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Escalate complex issues to designated teams for further investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical knowledge and communicate complex information in a simple manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through empathetic and professional communication.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
