Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee client engagements across digital campaigns, website builds, and performance improvement. This person will serve as the primary contact for clients, acting as their advocate within our agency and ensuring all internal teams understand and deliver against client goals.

  • Lead Digital Marketing Projects: Own end-to-end coordination of digital marketing projects, including strategy development, execution oversight, and performance evaluation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—representing their priorities internally and proactively managing communication.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with design, development, content, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time and aligned with client objectives.
  • Discovery and Strategy: Lead discovery, strategy, and performance review meetings with clients, translating goals into actionable plans.
  • Research and Strategic Input: Conduct research and provide strategic input on marketing direction, optimizations, and campaign planning.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or consulting—ideally within an agency setting.
  • Multiple Client Accounts: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently across web, paid media, and organic strategy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
  • Communication and Relationships: Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Performance Data Analysis: Experience translating complex performance data into actionable, conversion-focused insights.
