Job Description:

As a Senior Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote community health initiatives.

  • Develop a comprehensive SBCC strategy tailored to the specific needs of the community
  • Identify key audiences and create targeted messaging to address immunization barriers
  • Implement and monitor SBCC activities in collaboration with local stakeholders
  • Determine training needs of frontline workers and provide relevant training
  • Conduct regular field visits to support and monitor SBCC efforts
Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a Master's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field, with 5-6 years of experience in SBCC and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MS Office and Inpage, as well as excellent editing and designing skills for IEC materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good command over English and Urdu, with a plus for local languages
