HSE Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HSE Professional to oversee and manage our organization's health, safety, and environmental practices.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Promote a Culture of Safety: Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, develop control measures, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Incident Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and near misses, analyze data to inform HSE strategies, and provide actionable insights to management.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness among staff, management, and stakeholders, promoting a shared commitment to excellence in HSE.
  5. Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE laws, regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends, ensuring our organization remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Manager or equivalent role.
  • An in-depth understanding of HSE principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
