Role Description
This is an on-site/remote role based in Islamabad for a Health and Safety Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety through regular audits, risk assessments, and implementing health and safety policies. Additional responsibilities include delivering training sessions, guiding compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
- Experience with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), with a background as a production supervisor for the last 22 years
- Ability to conduct effective training and safety workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- MBA or graduate degree
- Experience in policy writing, SOPs, work instructions, HIRA, Safety Incident Reports, and all ISO and safety documentation, including audit reports
- Mid-Senior level
