Enterprise Frontend Architect

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the development of complex enterprise-grade web applications. You will play a critical role in defining scalable UI patterns, optimizing performance and mentoring a team of developers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead development of robust, high-performance applications using React and AG Grid.
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture and design patterns.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Design state management strategies using Redux and TypeScript.
  • Oversee implementation of testing strategies with Jest and Cypress.
  • Lead integration efforts with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong focus on React.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AG Grid and large-scale data presentation.
  • Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Mastery in Redux, testing frameworks, and performance tools.
  • Proven experience with AWS and CI/CD integration.
  • Expertise in Webpack, Babel, and frontend tooling.
  • Passion for clean code, best practices, and team mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
