
Administrative Support Role

The job involves assisting in various administrative tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance tracking, and employee record updates.
You will also assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters, as well as handling payroll and office expense reporting. Furthermore, you will conduct performance evaluation coordination, internal communication, and salary benchmarking.
Requirements include proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with 0–6 months of experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
