About the Position:

We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and a passion for generating new business opportunities, particularly in the Google Ads space.

You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification & Qualification:
  • Research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn and industry databases.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they're a good fit for our services.
  • Develop effective lead-identification strategies.
Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Establish contact with prospects through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Craft engaging outreach messages that resonate with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers at target companies.
  • Efficiently manage the appointment calendar.
Upwork Profile Management:
  • Actively manage our Upwork profile, responding to proposals and securing new projects.
  • Identify relevant projects on Upwork and craft compelling proposals.
Client Communication:
  • Conduct initial calls with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
CRM Data Management:
  • Accurately track and manage lead and prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and the sales process.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
  • Proven experience managing and winning projects on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
