We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who can strategically leverage LinkedIn to generate high-quality B2B leads for our IT services and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
- Targeted Outreach:
- Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
- Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
- Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-3 years proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate warm leads from different geographies.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
