We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about lead generation, has a strong background in sales tools, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect Identification & Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads using various research methods and tools such as RB2B, Clay, GodMode HQ, Apollo, LinkedIn, Instantly, La Growth Machine, HubSpot, Meetalfred.com, or GetSales.io.
  2. Engagement & Nurturing: Engage and nurture leads through multiple channels, including email, social media, and other platforms.
  3. CRM Management: Track and document all interactions and lead progress using CRM tools to ensure accurate data management.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to ensure the seamless handoff of qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up.
  5. Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and recommend improvements to enhance results.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new tools, strategies, and tactics in lead generation to continuously improve performance.
  7. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts.
  8. Reporting: Generate and present periodic reports on key lead metrics, conversion rates, and generated sales to management.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
  3. Quick Learner & Creative Thinker: Ability to quickly learn new tools and think outside the box to solve problems.
  4. Experience: Strong background in lead generation or similar roles, with hands-on experience using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  5. Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for better results.
  6. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with various lead generation tools and platforms such as RB2B, Clay, GodMode HQ, Apollo, LinkedIn, Instantly, La Growth Machine, HubSpot, and Meetalfred.com or GetSales.io.
