Job Summary:
This role involves providing administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee data and HR records.

 

  • Maintain and manage employee data and HR records.
  • Handle leave, attendance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and reporting.
  • Help implement and refine HR procedures and documentation.

 

Main Responsibilities

The key areas of focus for this role include:

  • Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including contact details, employment history, and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the team with tasks such as email management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Payroll Coordination: Handling leave, attendance, and coordinating payroll inputs to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this position.
  • HRMS Familiarity: Experience working with HRMS tools and digital HR workflows is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
