- Maintain and manage employee data and HR records.
- Handle leave, attendance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
- Respond to employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist in performance evaluations and reporting.
- Help implement and refine HR procedures and documentation.
Main Responsibilities

- Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including contact details, employment history, and benefits.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the team with tasks such as email management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Payroll Coordination: Handling leave, attendance, and coordinating payroll inputs to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this position.
- HRMS Familiarity: Experience working with HRMS tools and digital HR workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
