Job Title: Manager Surveillance And Security

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Sales Executive to oversee the surveillance and security division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background and business development experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Division Leadership: Oversee the surveillance and security division, driving growth through strategic planning and account management.
  2. Sales Growth: Develop plans to grow key accounts in conjunction with the Director, meeting sales targets while maintaining gross profit margins.
  3. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals for new and existing customers, highlighting our company's value proposition.
  4. Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports to the overseas Sales Director, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Business Development: Pursue sales and marketing opportunities with corporate accounts and government sectors as premier suppliers.
  6. Customer Service: Maintain high customer service standards throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent relationships with clients.
  7. Account Management: Engage with assigned areas to develop relationships with existing clients and acquire new business.
  8. Process Improvement: Propose improvements to operational procedures, products, and services, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Technical Sales Background: A strong technical sales background and business development experience, preferably in the government, defense, aviation, industrial, and corporate sectors.
  2. Sector Experience: Previous experience selling to government, defense, aviation, industrial, and corporate sectors.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Independence: Ability to work independently, demonstrating maturity and taking responsibility.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
