Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer to join our team. As an Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal advisory projects across various industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be involved in energy and infrastructure transactions across multiple countries, helping clients navigate the evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.
  • Manage leads and opportunities from other areas of the law practice and the wider EY network.
  • Contribute to the development of the legal practice through initiatives such as delivering internal training, developing precedents, sharing knowledge, participating in team and firm events, giving presentations, and producing expert articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer from a reputable legal practice environment.
  • Good knowledge of common topics within the sector such as project agreements, project finance documentation, construction contracts, O&M agreements, oil & gas contracting structures, etc.
  • Ability to develop regulatory frameworks for evolving utility markets.
  • Strong client relationship-building capabilities combined with strategic and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, self-management, and project management skills.
