We serve over 100,000 customers across various industries. As Director of Commercial Sales Engineering in Pakistan, you will lead our Commercial Sales Engineering teams in Pakistan.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Built and directed a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers.
  • Collaborated with Sales Leadership to develop strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Established best practices for the Commercial Sales Engineering function.
  • Partnered with Recruiting to attract and onboard top Sales Engineering talent in Pakistan.
  • Designed training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Provided strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Acted as a technical liaison between Sales Engineering and internal departments.
  • Stayed up-to-date on local industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Driven continuous improvement in sales engineering processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a second-line leadership role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred.
  • Familiarity with value selling concepts or related training programs is desirable.
  • Previous experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
  • Experience overseeing commercial sales cycles and understanding API-driven solutions is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
