Job Summary:

This role is focused on overseeing and enhancing paid advertising campaigns for prominent brands on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective paid advertising strategies that drive conversions, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Design strategies to drive conversions, engagement, and brand visibility aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored for Meta Ads
  • Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads Manager features, algorithm changes, and trends
  • Strategically allocate budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Keep the reporting manager informed with reports on campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 16 years of formal education, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • Experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns with a strong portfolio of results (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Experience with e-commerce or performance-based campaigns (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or equivalent
  • Understanding of Meta's advertising policies and compliance standards
