Warehouse Administrator Assistant Job Description

As a key member of our warehouse team, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Administrator Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth facility management.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the warehouse team by maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and coordinating vendor services.
  • Ensure compliance with set standards and regulations by maintaining up-to-date documentation and administrative records.
  • Supervise janitorial and housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the warehouse facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records for office assets, keys, and ID cards issued to staff.
  • Coordinate and conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR and office administration functions.
