">Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to support our customers using VIDIZMO products and services.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen knowledge of VIDIZMO products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Install, deploy, and support VIDIZMO products on-premises, in cloud infrastructure, and in customer environments.
  • Address technical deployment and implementation issues via phone, ticketing, and remote meetings.
  • Design and develop automated deployment, monitoring, backup, and recovery systems.
  • Meet service level agreements by responding promptly and communicating effectively.
  • Conduct security audits and penetration testing of software.
  • Perform load testing of software.
  • Create and maintain private clouds and local environments for development and testing.
  • Assist testing and product teams as needed.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with IaaS & PaaS.
  • Understanding of Networking, OS, Databases, Browsers, HTML, Cloud/Web Applications.
  • Experience with Virtualizations, Containers, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, gRPC, and related technologies.
  • Ability to design network and system diagrams using illustration tools.
