We are seeking an experienced talent sourcing specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and Agile-based positions. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our technology teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on candidate selection.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Ensure timely communication with all applicants, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition within the IT/software industry.
- Proven track record recruiting for Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps).
- Strong experience with video interviews, candidate assessments, and technical screenings.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience hiring for roles such as: Full Stack Engineers, Frontend Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Business Analysts, Software Delivery Managers, Technical Project Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists & Data Engineers
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and local talent networks.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
