Futsal Coach Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in developing the next generation of futsal players and promoting the sport's values among young athletes.

About the Job:

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively interact with players, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  • They will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters athlete development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve player skills and overall performance.
  • Assess player progress and adjust training plans accordingly.

Team Management & Coaching:

  • Lead a team of coaches and trainers to ensure consistent high-quality training and development programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage players and encourage participation.

Event & Competition Coordination:

  • Oversee all aspects of tournament planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, and judging.
  • Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to promote the event and attract participants.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in Physical Education, Health, or Sports Sciences.
  • Proven experience in coaching or training youth athletes, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
