Futsal Coach Position Details

This role involves leading futsal training programs for young athletes at an adopted government school.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong passion for futsal and a commitment to developing the next generation of players.
  • They will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive training environment that fosters athlete development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver high-quality futsal training sessions that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Implement fitness programs to improve player endurance and overall physical fitness.

Team Management & Coaching:

  • Lead a team of coaches and trainers to ensure consistent high-quality training and development programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage players and encourage participation.

Event & Competition Coordination:

  • Oversee all aspects of tournament planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, and judging.
  • Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to promote the event and attract participants.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in Physical Education, Health, or Sports Sciences.
  • Proven experience in coaching or training youth athletes, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
