Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, lead technical teams, and ensure scalable tech operations in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical operations across cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and DevOps processes.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines, system performance monitoring, and uptime reliability.
  • Manage cross-functional tech initiatives, align priorities, and communicate key technical milestones to leadership.
  • Ensure IT governance, data compliance, and risk mitigation policies are implemented and followed.
  • Support international tech expansion by adapting systems for regional scalability, language support, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or business development. Proven experience in managing cross-functional tech projects and teams is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Master's preferred) is necessary for this role. Additionally, excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential for success.
