At the heart of our organization, we require a meticulous Credentialing Specialist to oversee administrative functions related to credentialing. This vital role involves maintaining and validating files, as well as monitoring the expiry of certifications across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Identify discrepancies in information and conduct follow-ups
  • Present applications to the committee
  • Assist customers with credentialing inquiries
  • Respond to health plan provider inquiries
  • Capture primary source documentation in computer databases
  • Ensure data is backed up
  • Follow compliance laws, regulations, procedures, and policies
