Spanish Language Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Spanish language expert to join our multicultural team. As a bilingual professional, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command over Spanish, excellent translation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Understanding and respecting cultural nuances is expected, along with demonstrating proficiency in written and verbal communication.

About the Role
  • Communicate with clients who speak Spanish to provide high-level customer service.
  • Translate and interpret customer needs, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Leverage bilingual communication skills to bridge language gaps and facilitate seamless interactions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Document and report all customer interactions and complaints using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively using problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain attention to detail in all customer interactions and translations, striving for accuracy and completeness.
Key Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Spanish Speaker or Helpdesk Representative is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary. This is a non-managerial role, which necessitates effective teamwork skills.
