Job Description

We are seeking a Reporting and Information Management Specialist to assist in the planning and execution of data management activities across Pakistan, including mobility tracking, multi-sector needs assessments, flow monitoring, and specialized surveys targeting thematic priorities such as return intentions, climate-induced mobility, and protection needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of data management activities, including mobility tracking, multi-sector needs assessments, flow monitoring, and specialized surveys.
  • Contribute to the analysis and dissemination of data by producing situation reports, thematic briefs, dashboards, and other relevant information products.
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support cross-cutting and thematic analyses on key issues of interest to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and production of high-quality data visualizations such as interactive dashboards, maps, infographics, and charts.
  • Assist in the design, development, and revision of data collection tools, including digital survey forms.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of incoming data from field teams and provide feedback for data cleaning and analysis.
  • Ensure systematic back-up and proper organization of data repositories.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops for field staff, enumerators, and implementing partners.
  • Facilitate the integration of gender-sensitive approaches throughout all stages of the data management process.
  • Maintain full compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.
  • In close coordination with the programme manager, maintain effective liaison with government counterparts, UN agencies, NGOs, research institutions, and other stakeholders engaged in displacement and mobility data initiatives.
Required Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in a relevant field, with two years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, a University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience is also acceptable.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coordinating field teams, preferably for research and data collection, and experience working in emergency contexts on displacement and/or human mobility.

They should also have experience with coordination and implementation of data collection and verification, and be proficient in designing and implementing surveys and questionnaires.

Fluency in English is required, with working knowledge of another official language an advantage.
