Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain our highly customized environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical knowledge with a deep understanding of accounting and operational workflows.

The administrator will serve as a key member of the Enterprise Systems team, supporting internal business units such as Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the administrator for our NetSuite environment, addressing day-to-day questions or issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain saved searches and reports to support Finance and operational teams.
  • Configure and optimize custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot user roles, permissions, custom records, fields, and forms.
  • Assist in the testing, deployment, and documentation of any customization.
  • Provide troubleshooting for third-party NetSuite integrations.
  • Triage and resolve tickets in our service desk.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a complex, customized environment.
  • Proficiency in saved searches and reporting, custom forms, fields, workflows, and roles.
  • A solid understanding of core accounting principles and transaction lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with procurement, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes.
  • Experience working with NetSuite WMS or related warehouse management modules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support SuiteScript code.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for improving business systems.
