We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team as a Manager Accounts & Taxation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing final accounts according to accounting standards and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
You will establish, maintain, monitor, continuously update and integrate the accounting system of the organization, complying with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- To prepare cash flow forecast on a monthly basis;
- To monitor, track and follow-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
- To ensure that all payments and receipts are made according to prescribed process and procedure;
- To be responsible for overall control of bank and cash transactions and their reconciliations thereof;
- To prepare and online file monthly Sales Tax return and withholding statements;
- To handle property tax, professional tax, and/or any other government levy;
In addition, you will:
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures of accounts and finance department to ensure efficient and effective management of departmental operations;
- Establish, maintain and update Information Management Systems (ERP);
This position requires at least a CA Finalist degree and 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be well conversant with accounting software/related ERP.
