Job Description

Our mission is to deconstruct established B2B products and rebuild them as optimized, cloud-native applications with AI enhancement at every layer. You'll deploy AI-powered features, implement cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation for automated defect detection, and maintain flawless release cycles. We don't tolerate outages, disruptions, or excuses—only excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harness advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to systematically identify, diagnose, and eliminate product defects with unprecedented efficiency
  • Deploy AI development agents to architect and implement innovative features that transform cloud-native application capabilities
  • Execute with a distributed global team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet exacting quality standards

  • Wrestling with infrastructure: We've automated cumbersome tasks so you can focus exclusively on high-value development work
  • Wasting time in meetings: We prioritize your engineering output over discussion—expect streamlined communication and maximum coding time
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience developing production-grade server-side web applications with demonstrable commercial impact
  • Proven experience leveraging GenAI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in professional development workflows
  • Commitment to integrating GenAI tools into your daily development process to maximize efficiency and output quality
