About the Role

This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker to develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy across traditional and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media planning, buying, and execution, as well as experience in managing media agencies and negotiating deals.

They will be responsible for driving performance marketing strategies, ensuring a balance between brand-building and conversion-driven activities.

The role also involves developing long-term partnerships with key industry players, digital platforms, influencers, and media networks to enhance brand visibility, affinity, and engagement.

A strong analytical mind and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in managing large budgets and delivering ROI-driven media plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute a 360-degree media strategy integrating traditional and digital channels.
  2. Media Planning and Buying: Oversee media planning and buying processes to ensure effective budget allocation, audience targeting, and optimal channel mix.
  3. Media Agency Management: Manage relationships with media agencies, ensuring high-quality execution, negotiation of rates, and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Digital Media Optimization: Drive performance marketing strategies, ensuring a balance between brand-building and conversion-driven activities.
  5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop long-term partnerships with key industry players, digital platforms, influencers, and media networks.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying, agency management (brand-side experience preferred) plus partnerships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
