Purpose of the Job
The Sales Performance Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory by focusing on brand and SKU-level performance. The role involves managing distribution setup, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring effective operations, and driving product penetration in the market.
Job Description
- Meet or exceed territory sales targets by town, by brand and by SKUs through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and manage distribution networks to ensure seamless product delivery to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement field sales plans, trade programs, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
- Provide regular market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed territory sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in FMCG industry
