Position: Senior Territory Sales Executive (Multan, Punjab)Purpose of the Job
The Senior Territory Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory by focusing on brand and SKU-level performance. The role involves managing distribution setup, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring effective operations, and driving product penetration in the market. Additionally, the executive develops and executes field sales plans, implements trade programs, monitors market trends, provides market intelligence, and collaborates with the team to adapt to changes and counter competition.
Job Responsibilities- Achieve territory sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, brand, and SKUs.
- Manage distribution setup and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement field sales plans for the territory.
- Communicate and implement trade programs in the market.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for market share growth.
- Provide regular market intelligence to counter competition activities.
- Operate effectively as a team player and adapt to change.
- Prepare and present reports to the sales team and leadership.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
