We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to join our team as a Global Business Growth Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the industry, preferably in the software/IT sector.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various markets for staff augmentation services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
  • Understand client requirements and align our staffing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in staff augmentation, IT staffing, or software outsourcing.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, IT roles, and international staffing models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
