Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead RepHero Global's growth initiatives. This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up introductory meetings to expand our client base. You will be the first point of contact in our sales funnel and play a crucial role in ensuring RepHero Global's continued success in the American market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential new leads through online platforms, industry events, and other targeted channels.
  • Use LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns to initiate contact and qualify leads.

Cold Calling & Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce RepHero Global's services, uncover their staffing needs, and gauge interest.
  • Record and track all outreach activities in the company CRM system.

LinkedIn Prospecting & Networking

  • Create and maintain a robust presence on LinkedIn to engage with potential clients and build long-term professional networks.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools) to pinpoint and approach key decision-makers.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM platform.
  • Track lead status, activity history, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless communication.

Sales Conversion & Reporting

  • Set up qualified appointments and demos for our sales team.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on lead pipeline and conversion rates.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation activities with broader company goals.
  • Suggest improvements to sales scripts, outreach methods, and strategies for market penetration.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • New Lead Generation: Demonstrated experience in identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach quotas through phone prospecting.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Ability to use LinkedIn and related tools to build professional networks and generate leads.
  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with minimal accent; able to effectively engage American clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Practical experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.
  • Track Record of Sales Growth: Evidence of success in growing sales year over year.
  • Experience Selling to the American Market: Understanding of American business culture and sales processes.
  • Self-Starter with High Ambition and Integrity: Able to work independently, ethically, and with minimal supervision.
