Job Overview

As a key member, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth by providing exceptional technical support.

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Act as a product expert, supporting the team in complex daily tasks, including reservations, ticketing, trade, corporate account management, group sales, sales support, sales systems, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales operations functions to ensure alignment with QR's global sales/sales operations principles.
  2. Provide expert knowledge on trade support tasks, handling more complex queries such as reservations, ticketing, FFP, oneworld, Beyond Business, and Corporate inquiries.
  3. Support junior Sales Operations Agents with their queries and escalations to maintain efficiency and quality services.
  4. Generate and maintain reports as required by the reporting Line Manager.
  5. Follow up with customers and trade partners on enquiries and requests.
  6. Guide junior Sales Operations Agents in QR processes and policies.
  7. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all sales operations activities, including Reservations and Ticketing, Refunds, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration.
  • Processing refunds, issuing/reissuing tickets, and handling all cases within purview.
  • Making new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting correct fares and rules of carriage.
  • Supporting Travel Agencies with reservations-related activities.
  • Producing reports for relevant markets and sharing monthly performance reports.
