Technical Sales and Solution Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Design and Proposal Engineer to join our team at Avanceon Middle East & South Asia.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, proposal development, and commercial awareness. They will work closely with our sales team to develop technically compliant and cost-effective proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing proposals that meet the technical and commercial requirements of our clients.
- Managing international bids and proposals, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Working closely with our sales team to develop technically compliant and cost-effective proposals.
- Responsible for providing high-level support to customers, maximizing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
- 6+ years of Proposal Development Experience.
- 6+ years of Industrial Automation power control or related industry experience.
- Estimation background of any Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process control entity.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English.
- Experienced in customer interaction.
- Strong business writing and communications skills.
