Marketing and Business Development Manager
Job Description:- We are seeking an experienced marketing and business development professional to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Manager.
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in digital marketing, sales strategy, and leadership. As a Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Lead the sales cycle, from qualification to closing deals, and achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Qualify customer needs, negotiate contracts, and master product demos.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in sales strategy and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Great team of smart people in a friendly and open culture.
- No dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hours.
- Real responsibilities and autonomy.
- Expand your knowledge of various business industries.
- Create content that will help users on a daily basis.
12 days/year, including 6 of your choice.
