Senior Quality Control Officer

We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst to ensure our products consistently meet defined specifications and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of laboratory techniques, instrument handling, and analytical methods. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Ensure all QC activities comply with regulatory requirements
  • Develop, review, and maintain quality control documentation (test methods, specifications, reports, etc.)
  • Participate in laboratory investigations, method validations, and equipment calibrations
  • Support regulatory inspections and provide technical input during audits
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D for timely resolution of quality issues
  • Monitor trends through data analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Education: Pharm-D or a degree in a science-related discipline
  • Experience: 3–4 years in a Quality Control role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare manufacturing industry
  • Sound understanding of laboratory techniques, instrument handling, and analytical methods
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated environment
