Job Title:

Night Shift Controller

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Shift Manager/Controller to oversee our operations at night.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and assigning shifts, supervising and coordinating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assign shifts effectively
  • Supervise and coordinate with team members
Requirements:
  • Graduation or higher qualification
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good typing speed
  • Strong management and negotiation skills
  • Punctuality and integrity
Working Schedule:

Rotating shifts of 12 hours per day, 5 days one week and 4 days the next week. Two weeks consist of 5 days of work followed by 2 weeks of 4 days of work.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of working on Time Gate or other rostering software
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of working within HSE procedures and processes
  • Previous experience in call centers is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
