Lead Proposals

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Proposals to support specialising in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in Bids & contractual obligations for Turnarounds and Retrofit Projects within the Oil & Gas industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review ITB and contractual documents to identify obligations and risk factors related to the bid.
  • Evaluate proposals to ensure accuracy and develop comprehensive, technically sound, and commercially viable proposals for management review.
  • Review technical documents such as Project Schedules, Organisation Charts, Resource Deployments, Method Statements, and commercial documents like Bid Packages and Client Price Schedules.
  • Guide pre-mobilisation activities to ensure proper planning for smooth project initiation.
  • Project Cost & Financial Management: monitor budgets and control costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience: At least 7 years of extensive experience in proposals, bids, and estimation for Turnaround, EPC, & Retrofit projects.
Skills:
  • Proven expertise in managing/executing shutdowns, turnarounds, and retrofit projects.
  • Strong technical skills in proposals and cost estimation, with a track record of generating new opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
