Frontend Engineering Manager

We seek a seasoned Frontend Engineering professional to lead and mentor our Frontend team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with React.js and possess strong skills in architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.

The role involves leading a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence. You will work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations and drive performance optimizations.

You will oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering standards. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools is required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including state management, hooks, and component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in PHP and experience working with backend APIs.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential.
