Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for planning and implementing semester activities, ensuring the implementation of academic policies and procedures, and providing administrative support for academic activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have experience in using Learning Management Platforms and proficiency in ERP and MS Office software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement semester activities
  • Ensure the implementation of academic policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for academic activities
  • Maintain documentation and databases of all programs
  • Serve as a point of contact for students and faculty
  • Prepare reports and minutes of meetings
  • Manage thesis processes and track student progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and Learning Management Platforms
