Job Opportunity: Renewable Energy Research

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our research team as a Renewable Energy Researcher. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to cutting-edge projects aimed at advancing sustainable energy technologies.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for conducting research in the global hydrogen economy, focusing on developing and optimizing sustainable hydrogen systems.
  • Your key tasks and responsibilities include performing conceptual process design and process synthesis using superstructure optimization techniques, carrying out techno-economic analysis (TEA) and life cycle assessment (LCA), collaborating with team members and external partners, and presenting research findings at international conferences and publishing results in high-impact journals.

To support your research, you will have access to our comprehensive model library for hydrogen systems and sustainability topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in process systems engineering, energy systems, and sustainability analysis is required.
  • Experience with process simulators such as Aspen Plus or similar packages is preferred.
  • Familiarity with techno-economic analysis and LCA methodologies is essential.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or GAMS is considered an advantage.
  • A Master's degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field is required.
