As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating with staff to ensure day-to-day activities in finance and accounting are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with staff to obtain status updates and follow up on pending/aging payment issues.
  • Verify general ledgers, store requisitions, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers through our ERP system.
  • Check and verify all types of payment advice and approve weekly payments and vouchers.
  • Conduct random internal audits and periodically meet with the ERP vendor to discuss implementation progress and reports.
Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Prepare and present expenditure reports, financial statements, bank reconciliations, balance-sheet variances, and analysis.
  • Monitor and report income, supervise cash flow, and expenditure. Identify trends and develop organizational projections for annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting.
Payroll and Petty Cash
  • Supervise and check monthly payroll.
  • Monitor and audit petty cash expenses.
Qualifications and Skills
  • ACMA/ACCA qualified with excellent IT skills.
  • Strong managerial skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make formal presentations.
  • Streamline systems and procedures for error-free documentation.
