Engineering Graduate preferably in Telecommunication / Electronics with at least 2 years of experience is required to fill this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of complex telecommunication equipment and facilities, as well as associated broadcasting equipment such as electronic switching systems, copper telephone facilities, video conferencing links, and fiber optics.

  • Plan, design, commission, and monitor these systems ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
  • Perform day-to-day Telecom operations, coordinating routine maintenance activities for Telecom systems and ensuring timely fault resolution and upgrades in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide preliminary detailed telecommunications scope, estimates, and specifications for senior management as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the telecommunications aspects of tenders against prescribed standards as required in support of management.
  • Undertake preliminary technical investigations for telecommunications network commissioning issues as required.
  • Ensure that the telecommunications network records are updated following completion of a project.
  • Ensure formal handover procedure for telecommunications equipment in conjunction with the Assets and Operations.
  • Comply with the risk management framework and participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
  • Identify, report, record, and manage key risks in a timely manner.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on risk management.
  • Perform any other task assigned by senior management.
