Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position involves delivering high-quality support for Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Modules.

You will oversee the full lifecycle management of standard and custom modules, ensuring optimisation and integration to meet business needs.

To achieve this, you will gather and analyse business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend tailored solutions that align with IT security policies and audit requirements.

Main Tasks:

  • Full lifecycle management of standard and custom modules
  • Optimisation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Modules
  • Business requirement analysis and gap identification
  • Solution recommendation and implementation

Working Relationships:

  • Liaising with system and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Collaborating with end-users to provide training and guidance

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Modules and experience in delivering stable, secure, and efficient support.
