Job Title: Web Development Team Lead

Description:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the development and implementation of web-based projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish project scope by analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and defining project objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and testing web applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and status reports.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.
