Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing.

This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Architectural Designs: Use Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion to create detailed construction documentation.
  2. Create Visualizations: Produce detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  3. Collaborate with Teams: Work with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  4. Review and Refine Plans: Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  5. Produce Construction Drawings: Create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  6. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  3. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  4. Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  5. Rendering Skills: Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  6. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Sustainable Design: Experience with sustainable design practices.
  2. Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  3. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
