Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development of our platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and meets the evolving needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, QA, and architecture.

This role involves defining and implementing a technology vision for building new product features, managing product and business outcomes, developing a long-term product roadmap, leading technical design discussions, and driving the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a technology strategy for building new product features.
  • Manage the product and business outcomes of the engineering teams.
  • Develop a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams.
  • Lead technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Drive the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related domains.
  • 3+ years of experience managing 10+ engineers.
  • Experience working with high-throughput and low-latency systems.
  • Experience building high-scale distributed systems.
