Digital Marketing Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Brief:

A dynamic and ambitious Digital Marketing Business Development Specialist/Assistant is sought to expand clientele B2B and develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital/social channels.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting digital marketing, sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
  • Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Create content using in-house design platforms, as well as work with the creative team to ensure that any required new business collateral is produced to present business services, projects and brand in the best light.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create highly effective design, content and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Social media campaigns need to improve the business' digital footprint.
